Ready and willing
Proving that it’s open for business even in this most challenging environment, Knauf has responded fast to a request from Bath Hospital to supply its hygienic Danotile ceiling panel for urgent work on the hospital’s intensive care unit.
When this request was received by the Customer Services Team at Knauf the order was speeded through the processing system, ensuring that this non-standard product was scheduled for immediate despatch and will be on site within two working days.
Knauf staff, along with so many UK workers, are rapidly relocating to home offices, but the processing of orders and efficient product despatch continues with the support of manufacturing and logistics teams.
Knauf Danotile is an innovative, gypsum-based ceiling tile that is ideal for strict hygiene control applications. Its durable, easy-clean surface makes it the natural choice for environments such as kitchens, clean rooms, hospitals, schools, restaurants, laboratories and fitness centres.
The product’s main appeal for clean rooms is its ability to withstand rigorous cleaning with concentrated disinfectants and detergents with pH concentrations between 2.5 and 13.0. It has also been tested for airborne particles in accordance with ISO 14644-1 and is commonly used in laboratories and healthcare environments.
