Knauf Airless Competiton Terms and Conditions

By entering the Knauf Airless Finish competition you agree to the terms and conditions below to be entered into our prize draw for a chance to win.

1. The promoter is Knauf UK GmbH (Knauf).

2. The competition is only open to Trade Professionals, in the UK and over the age of 18 at the time of entry, who complete the online form (on go.knauf.co.uk/airless) accessible from the Knauf.co.uk website or Spec Finish communications.

3. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, SpecFinish or the FIS and is being run independently by Knauf.

4. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

5. The competition closes for entries on 13^th October 2023 at 12:00PM.

6. There will be three winners, the first name drawn will win the first prize, the second will win the second prize and so on.

7. The winning entries will be randomly selected by the Knauf Marketing team.

8. Only one entry will be accepted per person.

9. The competition is not open to employees of Knauf or related companies.

10. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice and with no reason. Any changes to the competition will be shared as soon as possible with entrants.

11. We are not responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12. The prizes are:

12a. First Prize: 2 pallets of Knauf Airless Finish and a Knauf Winter Essentials Pack.

12b. Second Prize: 1 pallet of Knauf Airless Finish and a Knauf Winter Essentials Pack.

12c. Third Prize: A Knauf Winter Essentials Pack.

13. A pallet of Airless Finish contains 40bags each of 20kg.

14. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferrable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

15. The winners will be notified via email within 21 days of the closing date. If the winners cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a new winner. The same rule then applies until a winner is chosen that does respond.

16. Delivery will be arranged by Knauf and made to 1 location within the UK. It’s the winner’s responsibility to ensure that pallets can be accepted at this address (for first and second prizes only) and that someone is available to sign for the delivery.

17. The winner agrees to use their name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our privacy policy Privacy and Cookies.
